Elderly Couple Says Financial Advisor Stole $80K

An elderly Mukwonago couple accuses their financial advisor of stealing more than 80-thousand dollars. Chris Kubiak is described as a family friend. Kubiak was arrested in Franklin last September and a grand jury indicted him for fraud. Investigators accused Kubiak of taking more than 370-thousand dollars from the accounts of elderly clients over the last five years, which he used to pay for personal expenses and gambling.ed.
