Clinton High School Student In Legal Trouble Over Posted Photos

Additional charges have been filed against a 17-year-old high school student in Clinton after some Facebook posts.  Josue Espinoza got in trouble the first time for posting a photo of a student with autism using the restroom.  Espinoza was charged with felony depicting nudity March 19th.  He was arrested a second time, three days later, for posting threats against the person who originally notified authorities.  Espinoza appeared in Rock County Circuit Court Monday and was released on a signature bond.
