The Green Bay Police Department has announced that they have arrested four people for their connection to a string of robberies in the city. 43-year-old Alexander Johnson was determined to have been the ringleader of the group, and was linked to even more crimes. Johnson, along with Rae-Ann Frisch, Daomi Peters and Elmore Anderson are all being brought up on charges for three armed robberies that took place within a 36-hour window. The police report indicates that the group would break into the businesses and leave with cash and cigarettes. Johnson would then trade the cigarettes for crack cocaine. No word on the exact charges for each of the four individuals that are in police custody.
