A Sheboygan man has plead guilty to several counts related to child pornography. Police were investigating 61 year old Jeffery Ernisse, whom they believed to be producing child porn, when the found evidence that he was using a child from the Philippines in his productions. Officials say that Emisse engaged in illicit sexual conduct with the child from June 2014 to April 2015. Ernisse will be sentenced on July 11th on the charges of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with a minor in the Philippines, possessing child pornography, and two counts of producing child pornography. Homeland Security Investigations has joined in the investigation with the Sheboygan Police Department.
