A Green Alert has been issued for Yuri Burrows of Green Bay. The 38 year old Burrows was last seen Monday evening at 6:00 PM, and may be driving in a grey 2010 Toyota 4-Runner with a military license place reading EWARFR. Burrows is described as standing 6’ 3” tall, weighing 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey zip-up hoodie and jeans. It is believed that Yuri was last visiting a tavern in the Howard, WI area late on Monday evening
