The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s help for information leading to the arrest of the party(s) responsible for the deaths of two individuals in the city last September. Captain Dave Vorpahl says they have been actively investigating this incident which had developed several leads. On the morning of September 9th Officers and Detectives responded to 3709 Dale Street for a report of two people who were deceased. They were identified as 51-year-old Richard Miller and his 19-year-old daughter Jocelyn Miller who lived at that address and died from gunshot wounds. Authorities are seeking to identify a male subject that was seen in the area the night of the homicides along with a vehicle described as an early 2000’s model, light-colored, Toyota Highlander possibly tan or gold in color.
