There are a pair of meetings in The Council Chambers in Manitowoc’s City Hall this evening. The Committee of the Whole will start things off at 5:45 PM, and will be entering a closed session to discuss an appraisal on some property on Hecker Road, and a report authorizing the acquisition of the Canadian National Peninsula. The Common Council will take over at 6:30, and will hold two public hearings involving proposed changes to the official city map. The Council will also be entering a closed session to discuss the same topic as the Committee of the Whole. The public is welcome to attend either of these meetings.
