Charges have been filed against a 22-year-old Racine woman who is accused of making fake bomb threats. Police say Tabitha A. Scruggs called Gateway Technical College last week saying a suicidal student might bring a bomb to class. When police contacted her due to her past activities, she responded by saying she was drunk, texted a picture of herself with a gun in her mouth, and said she would come in the next day. Scruggs could be sentenced to more than 17 years in prison if she is found guilty of the bomb threats and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
