DePaul upset number-13 Marquette in the championship game of the Big East Conference Tournament Tuesday 74-73. A shot at the buzzer by Natisha Hiedeman fell short. Heideman led the Golden Eagles women with 18 points. Marquette and DePaul have met in the conference tournament title game in each of the last three years. The loss leaves the Golden Eagles with a 26-7 record.
