The mother of a little girl who’s the subject of an Amber Alert was shot and killed Monday in Milwaukee. Family members confirm Sierra Robinson was killed Monday afternoon, in a shooting that also wounded a second woman. An Amber Alert was issued Monday evening for her 2-year-old daughter Noelani Robinson. Suspect Dariaz Higgins is believed to be in a black Cadillac SUV possibly with Florida plates. Higgins is 34 years old and considered armed and dangerous.
