An Amber Alert was issued last night after Dariaz L. Higgins failed to return his two year old daughter to her mother as was planned. Higgins was last seen in a black SUV, and is believed to be armed and dangerous. Higgins is an African American man, with several small tattoos on his face, and a cross tattoo on his throat. He has short black hair, and was last seen sporting a small amount of facial hair on his chin. Photos can be found at cubradio.com.
