The Roncalli Jets and Denmark Vikings boys basketball teams play for a trip to the WIAA State Boys Basketball Tournament this afternoon. In Division Four The undefeated and defending state champion Roncalli Jets travel to Sheboygan North to play Milwaukee Academy of Science while the Denmark Vikings head to Appleton North for a Division Three Sectional Final against Northeast Conference foe Freedom. The Vikings and Irish split their two regular season meetings with each team winning on their home court. Denmark is making just their second appearance in a sectional final and its first since winning a state title in 1985. The Roncalli game will be broadcast on WOMT 1240 AM and womtradio.com. Pregame is at 1:30 for a 2 p.m. tip, while the Denmark-Freedom game is set to air on 980 AM WCUB and Cubradio.com. Airtime is 12:40 with tip-off at 1 p.m.
