A rough winter has not slowed down the progress of the County Road R project, at least according to Manitowoc County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer. He was on the 980 AM WCUB Breakfast Club earlier this week and said things are right on schedule
The project has the section of Rapids Road closed from Menards to Broadway Street. Other than that, there are a few projects planned for the spring as well.
Ziegelbauer said they are all ready to do those projects. All they need now is for the weather to cooperate.
