Janesville Police Arrest Fugitive After He’d Been On The Run For 2 Years

Acting on a tip, Janesville police caught a fugitive who had been on the run for two years Wednesday.  Officers found him at a Walmart and chased 27-year-old Quentin L. Cobb to his car.  They say he resisted arrest and had to be subdued with a Taser before he was taken into custody.  Cobb was wanted on warrants out of Illinois and Arkansas.  Additional charges will be added because police found heroin and fentanyl in his possession.
