WIAA State Girls Basketball Tournament Starts Today

The WIAA State Girls Basketball Tournament gets underway today at the Resch Center in Green Bay with 4 semifinal games in divisions 3 and 4. Marshall meets Gale-Ettrick-Trempeleau in the tourney opener at 1:35, followed at 3:15 by Freedom and Laconia.  Tonight’s session has Aquinas battling Milwaukee Academy of Science and then Melrose-Mindoro goes against Colby.  State semifinal games in the other-3 divisions will be played tomorrow with championship games set for Saturday.
