The El Toro Restaurant—former M&M Restaurant at the foot of the Washington Street Bridge—is scheduled to open Saturday featuring American and Mexican food plus breakfast. In Addition—the former Schwarz’s Pub and Grill at 1509 Washington Street will reopen as “The Dock” next Tuesday, March 12th.
