There are a couple of local Boys Basketball teams that are still in the hunt for a trip to state, and they are the same two teams that made it last year. In sectional Semifinal matchups, Valders will be facing off against Denmark at Chilton, while undefeated Roncalli will face off against Howards Grove in New Holstein. Both match-ups will be taking place at 7:00 pm Thursday evening. If you wish to attend the Jets/Tigers game, which will air on 1240 AM WOMT and at womtradio.com, tickets are available at Roncalli High School from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM today and tomorrow, and from 7:30-noon on Thursday. Tickets for the all Vikings match-up are available at the Valders Middle and High School offices until noon on Thursday, or you can listen to the game on AM 980 WCUB, or at cubradio.com.
