A Wisconsin man will spend three years in federal prison for threatening a Jewish community center in Whitefish Bay. The U-S Attorney’s Office says 33-year-old Chadwick Grubbs received the 36-month sentence for three threatening letters he wrote in May of 2018 to the Harry and Rose Samson Jewish Community Center. Grubbs pleaded guilty to threatening to injure and destroy property by fire and an explosive in November. In the letters, he threatened to use firearms to cause “maximum carnage” and explosives to destroy the J-C-C. Prosecutors say Grubb used white supremacist numbers and symbols in the letters.
