An Argyle man is asking the court for more time to reply to a motion by the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office. Attorney General Josh Kaul wants the court to deny the appeal filed by Armin Ward the Third. Ward pleaded guilty six years ago to involvement in the arson fire which killed his three sons and an unborn child. His wife was seriously injured. Ward is alleging he received ineffective assistance of legal counsel at his trial and is asking his life sentence be vacated.
