Two Rivers based Allstates Rigging has purchased KNM Machining and Industrial Maintenance. Allstates Rigging customers will be positively affected by the purchase of KNM, which is based out of Manitowoc, as they offer services that will better satisfy the demand for outsourced maintenance. Allstates will now be able to offer many additional services such as emergency breakdown service, tool and dye design, and water jet cutting just to name a few. Allstates Rigging CEO Samantha Grage commented on the purchase saying, “ The long-term goal of the purchase is to solidify the future of Allstates Rigging while supplying first-rate, quality service to our customers.” The acquisition officially went into effect yesterday.
