People all over the country are voicing their concerns about the dangers of vaping, especially for young people. Vaping is essentially the same as smoking cigarettes, but instead of carrying around a pack of tobacco rolled in paper, users have an electronic device which utilizes vape juice instead. Manitowoc Police Chief Nick Reimer was on WOMT’s Be My Guest program recently and told us about what the City of Manitowoc is doing to combat the use of such devices by minors. .

The ordinance also coincides with the sale of vaping products.
A lot of manufacturers of vaping products include different flavors like bubble gum or vanilla. It should be noted that smokers who are looking to quit can utilize vaping devises to do so. Options are available to slowly reduce the amount of nicotine in each drag, eventually resulting in none.
