Four Men Make 1st Court Appearance In Fatal Shooting In Green Bay

Four Green Bay-area men are facing anticipated charges of reckless homicide in the weekend shooting death of an 18-year-old victim.  Authorities have identified the dead man as Federico A. Abarca.  Jared Williquette, Colton Keho, Jarid Stevens and Gavin Rock made their first appearance in Brown County Circuit Court Monday.  Abarca was a student at Preble High School.  Rock told investigators the four had planned to rob Abarca.
