Four Green Bay Murder Suspects Identified

The identities of the four individuals allegedly responsible for the death of an 18-year-old Green Bay man have been identified. Gavin Rock, Colton Kehoe, Jarid Stevens, and Jared Willquette are all facing charges in the death of Frederica Abarca. During a news conference, it was stated that officials believe that the four men had set up a deal with Abarca to buy some vaping cartridges, but hey fully intended to rob him. They also say they have reason to believe Willquette had a gun at the time of the incident. The four suspects appeared in Brown County Court for a probable cause hearing Monday afternoon and are being held on $500,000 bond.
