Milwaukee Panthers Dominate Detroit Mercy

The Milwaukee Women’s Basketball team ‘dominated’ visiting Detroit Mercy in Horizon League play 59-34 at the Klotsche Center last night.  The Panthers outscored the visiting Titans 18-0 in the opening quarter on the way to their 13^th win in 26-games, while improving to 8-7 in league action.  Junior guard Alyssa Fischer of Manitowoc Lincoln & Newtonburg came off the bench to provide 8-points & 4-rebounds in just ten minutes of playing time.  The Milwaukee defense held Detroit to 20-percent shooting. The Panthers of Coach Kyle Rechlicz will close out the home portion of their schedule against Oakland University…tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 o’clock.
