A 31-year-old Madison man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on child porn charges. Bryan D. Rogers is also accused of lying to an F-B-I investigator when he said he didn’t drive to Tennessee to pick up a missing teenage girl and she wasn’t at his home in Madison. Rogers is accused of persuading the 14-year-old to record it when she was raped by her father and send the video to him. Federal prosecutors say he didn’t report the rape to police and brought the girl to Wisconsin while taking steps to avoid discovery. The indictment was handed down Thursday.
