A Fond du Lac man has been arrested for his connection to an incident on September 12 where another man was shot and paralyzed. Delaney K. Watt was charged with Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Recklessly Endangering Safety, and gun and drug charges. The incident took place on September 12th at the Forest Plaza Apartments, and resulted in a 26 year old man being shot in the back and 17 year old female being struck by a bullet as well. Witnesses described the suspect and his vehicle, which eventually lead them to Watts. Watt is being held on $500,000 cash bond and has his preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 1.
