Vehicle Stranded on Top of Snow Pile on Manitowoc’s Northside

No injuries were reported this morning after a motorist failed to negotiate a curve on North 11^th Street in Manitowoc and slid into a snowbank.  A Manitowoc police officer tells Seehafer News that the teenage male was traveling southbound on 11^th , at North Water Street about 7:30 when the vehicle spun around.  The officer told us the driver will be cited for driving too fast for conditions.
