UPDATE 2/20/19: The Silver Alert has been canceled. The Wisconsin DOJ says Ruth was found safe.
A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for missing Green Bay woman Ruth Virbick. She is a white female, 5’8″ 160 lbs. with green eyes and brown hair. The 87-year-old was last seen at 4 pm on 2/19/19 wearing a white jacket and a white knit hat. Virbick is believed to be driving a gold/tan 2003 Toyota Camry with WI plates 433-AFN. Anyone with info is asked to call Green Bay PD at 920-448-3201.
