Manitowoc County Judge Refuses To Dismiss Felony Murder Charge

A Manitowoc County judge has found probable cause for the murder case against a 48-year-old man to move forward.  Timothy Hauschultz had asked the court to dismiss a felony murder charge.  Hauschultz, his wife and 15-year-old son are accused of causing the April 2018 death of seven-year-old Ethan Hauschultz.  A preliminary hearing for Tina Hauschultz will be held today (Wednesday) and a similar hearing for the couple’s son, Damian, is set for March 19th.  Investigators say Damian Hauschultz caused the death of Ethan Hauschultz.
