A Milwaukee teenager has entered a not guilty plea to several charges including homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle. Seventeen-year-old Laron Ball made an appearance in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday. Prosecutors say Ball didn’t have a driver’s license when he ran through a stop sign and slammed his vehicle into a school bus. Ball’s 16-year-old brother died in the February 5th crash. Investigators say he admits driving 15-to-25 miles-an-hour over the posted speed limit just before the impact.
