Clark County Horse Owner Won’t Face Charges

A follow-up investigation has resulted in a decision by a judge in Clark County that no criminal charges will be filed against the owner of a horse.  More than 200,000 people had signed a petition saying the horse in question was being neglected because owner Hareld Heck left it outside in cold weather.  When Clark County deputies executed a search warrant, they say they found the horse was being cared for and it has food and shelter available.
