The second man who was in the home where Milwaukee Police Officer Matt Rittner was killed has entered a not guilty plea to drug charges. Twenty-three-year-old Marlon Tirado made an appearance in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday. A defense motion for dismissal was denied and probable cause was found to move the case forward. A scheduling conference will be held next month. Investigators say Tirado sold drugs to Jordan Fricke, the man charged with killing the officer February 6th.
