A Waupun woman admits she filed at least 20 false federal income tax returns, stealing more than 90-thousand dollars over a five-year period. Forty-eight-year-old Kimberly Bagneski could be sentenced to up to five years behind bars. The U-S Attorney’s Office says the illegal refunds went to a bank account she controlled or another account controlled by a family member. Bagneski could also be fined 250-thousand dollars when she is sentenced in mid-June.
