Sex Offender In Trouble For Failing To Keep Residence Updated

A convicted sex offender will be on probation for three years for failing to register his new address when he moved.  Brandon Dougall of Altoona was sentenced in Eau Claire County Circuit Court.  For six months last year authorities didn’t know where Dougall was.  He was reported missing by authorities in July and wasn’t arrested until last month.  Dougall was found guilty of sexual misconduct with a minor in 2013.
