A 55-year-old Wisconsin man was bound over for trial during a Wednesday hearing in Marinette County Circuit Court. Gary Rogge is accused of killing his wife last month. He told investigators he shot Shelley Erickson-Rogge accidentally after they had been drinking all day. He said he was showing her a “quick draw.” Witnesses say the couple was arguing in a bar in Pembine the day she was killed. Video surveillance shows Rogge kissing and holding hands with another woman.
