The man accused in the shooting death of Milwaukee Police Officer Matt Rittner is pleading not guilty. Twenty-six-year-old Jordan Fricke entered not guilty pleas at a hearing this morning to first-degree homicide and two other counts (Thursday). Prosecutors say Ricke fired four shots through the door with a high-powered rifle and Rittner died of his wounds in the hospital. Fricke is scheduled to stand trial July 8th. He’s being held on one-million dollars bail.
