Madison Man Accused Of Making Child Porn Appears In Federal Court

A Wisconsin man faces a charge of making child pornography after driving a 14-year-old girl from her Tennessee home to Madison.  Investigators say they have evidence Bryan Rogers may have sexually assaulted the teenager.  The girl reportedly told Rogers her father was sexually assaulting her and he asked her for a video of the sex act.  That video shows her father raping her — and the father has been arrested in Tennessee.  Rogers made an initial appearance in Madison federal court Tuesday.
