Sub-Shop Manager Accused Of Coercing Worker Into Sexual Activity

The 23-year-old manager of a Waukesha sub-shop is accused of coercing an underage employee into having sex.  Charges of child sexual exploitation, enticement and sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older have been filed against Jordan Flamand.  The discovery was made when the victim’s father walked in on the two having sex at the Cousins Subs restaurant February 1st.  The girl says she felt like she didn’t have a choice and had to engage in sexual acts.  Flamand made an initial court appearance Monday.
