Manitowoc Mayor Issues Snow Emergency

Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels has announced that a snow emergency will be in effect for tonight. In a release, he stated “There will be no parking allowed on any city street between the hours of 1:00am and 6:00am . A $50 citation will be issued to any vehicle parked on the street during those hours.”  This is used to ensure that roads are cleared properly and efficiently by the plow crews.
