Two people were arrested in Manitowoc on Saturday, after police were called to the area outside the Family Pantry in the early morning hours. Police were sent to the 1800 block of Washington Street at around 1:30 AM on a report of a man waving a gun around. The 36 year old man was placed into the back of a squad car, along with a 37 year old woman. The man’s gun was found in the passenger seat of the woman’s car, and a plethora of drugs were found in a bag as well. The woman is being charged with possessing THC, Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, and a Schedule Four Drug. The man is facing Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon charges.
