The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for all of southern Wisconsin starting Monday evening and lasting for at least 24 hours. A low-pressure area is promising to bring a lot of snow throughout the Midwest. Amounts of four-to-eight inches in the Badger State are likely. Forecasters say the snowfall will gradually taper off to just flurries during the day on Tuesday, ending that night. The smallest accumulations are expected in southeastern Wisconsin, but that region will be dealing with totals which could reach two inches.
