Republicans Won’t Let Attorney General Pull Out Of ACA Lawsuit

A Republican lawmaker says members of his party won’t let the attorney general pull Wisconsin out of a federal lawsuit over the Affordable Care Act.  Representative John Nygren says Assembly Republicans haven’t officially discussed the idea, but he says G-O-P members still fundamentally oppose the law known as Obamacare.  He expects a request from Attorney General Josh Kaul to leave the suit to be rejected.
