Officials Unveil Plans for Brown County Expo Center

What will the new Brown County Expo Center look like? That is a question officials in Ashwaubenon and Brown County answered yesterday, as they hosted an informational meeting about the project. At the meeting, those in attendance were able to see design plans for the building that will be replacing the former home of the Green Bay Gamblers, the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena.  The old area is in major need of renovations, so it is planned to be taken down instead. The project is projected to cost around $93 million with construction beginning in May of this year. It is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2021.
