There are two meetings on the calendar for the City of Manitowoc today. The first began at 11:30 this morning, and saw the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission meet in the MPU offices. The only items on their agenda were a review of the current management structure and planning for the future. Then this evening the Citizens Advisory Committee will be gathering in the First Floor Conference Room in City Hall. Mayor Justin Nickles will be at the 4:00 PM gathering, and will be part of a diversity discussion with the Committee.
