Federal charges have been filed against a 31-year-old Madison man who is accused of driving a Tennessee teenager to Wisconsin. The 14-year-old girl was reported missing January 13th and was found last week. Bryan David Rogers is charged with knowingly persuading a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct while being videotaped. Rogers reportedly came into contact with the victim through an online game. Prosecutors say he traveled to Tennessee, picked her up and drove her back to Wisconsin.
