Four People Arrested in Connection to Fox Cities Vandalism

The four people responsible for a sting of vandalisms in the Fox Valley have been apprehended by police. Kevin Peterson and Brandon Fossum were the only two named in the arrest, which took place yesterday morning. Peterson and Fossum are currently sitting in the Outagamie County Jail on Criminal Damage to Property Charges, while the two unnamed culprits are being held in the Juvenile Center.  The youngsters are believed to have been responsible for starting fires in Appleton’s Downtown parking ramp, as well as a burglary at Fox Valley Technical College, and a string of other offenses. The Grand Chute Police Department are thanking the public for the series of tips that lead to the arrests.
