4 Arrested In String Of High-Profile Vandalism, Criminal Damage Cases In Fox Valley

Four people arrested Wednesday morning are suspects in a string of cases involving vandalism and criminal damage.  Two men and two juveniles were picked up by officers from three police departments working together.  Eighteen-year-old Kevin H. Peterson and 17-year-old Brandon G-S Fossum are being held in the Outagamie County Jail.  Two other suspects were referred to the juvenile justice system.  The crimes included fires which were set at parking ramps in downtown Appleton, damage to the Fox Cities Champion Center and damage to a construction site in Little Chute.
