Man Says He Targeted Woman Killed At Froedert Hospital

The man who admits he killed a nurse practitioner at Froedtert Hospital on January 25th says he targeted the woman. Investigators say Kenneth Freeman was fired from his job as a valet at the Wauwatosa hospital campus in October. Surveillance video showed Freeman knocked Carlie Beaudin to the ground and kicked or stomped her head and neck “almost 40 times.” The criminal complaint says Freeman himself dialed 9-1-1. He had Beaudin’s purse with him when he was arrested. Investigators say Freeman says he killed his victim “deliberately and purely.”
