Woman Fatally Wounded During Sunday Morning Altercation

Milwaukee police say a 23-year-old woman was fatally wounded Sunday at about 2:00 A-M.  Destiny McClendon was hit during a physical altercation involving several people.  A vigil was held for the young mother Sunday evening.  Family members say she had just celebrated her four-year-old son’s birthday before she was killed.  Investigators are looking for suspects in the shooting.
