2 Men Treated For Exposure After Pickup Falls Through Ice

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office reports a pickup was about 300 feet from the shore when it fell through thin ice on Fox Lake.  Two men had to be treated for scrapes and exposure after the Saturday morning accident.  The 45-year-old driver and his 44-year-old passenger were able to escape the sinking truck through the rear window.  They walked to The Boathouse Pub and Eatery where they received treatment from emergency medical service workers.
